Operational Assessment

A two-week look at how the business actually runs. We sit with the owner, the books, and the team, and produce a short written read on what is working, what is not, and what we would change in the first 90 days.

Systems Install

After we own a business, the first year is building the systems the owner never got around to. SOPs, books, scheduling, customer records, hiring process. The boring work that makes the business survive a vacation.

Modernization

Replacing paper-and-spreadsheet workflows with software that fits the business. We move at the pace the team can absorb, not at the pace a tech vendor’s sales rep wants.

Transition Planning

If you are not ready to sell, we can stage the work over time. Install systems first, transition operations second, ownership last. The goal is a hand-off the customers do not notice.

30 to 60 minutes, video or phone. You talk, we listen. We do not sign anything in this call.

We come on site, meet the team, look at the books. Two to four weeks. Either side can walk away after this with no obligation.

Written Proposal

A short document. Terms, valuation logic, transition plan, what the first 90 days look like. You take it to your advisors.

Close and Operate

If we move forward, the work starts on day one. We do not disappear after the wire.

Confidentiality

Conversations with us stay between us. We do not share information with brokers, lenders, or other owners. If we walk away from a deal, we do not talk about it.
